About Me

I'm Vino, a Leadership & Career Coach and HR Business Partner Director with more than a decade of experience partnering with executives, senior leaders, and high-performing teams across multiple industries.

Throughout my career, I've worked alongside leaders navigating promotions, career transitions, organizational change, leadership challenges, and significant decisions. Those experiences have given me a deep understanding of the pressures and competing priorities that often come with growth and leadership.

One observation has remained consistent: growth rarely comes from working harder alone. Sometimes it requires new skills. Other times, a different perspective. Often, it comes from asking better questions, challenging assumptions, and approaching situations in a new way.

That belief is what led me to coaching. I enjoy partnering with people as they work through challenges, gain new perspectives, and take meaningful action toward the outcomes that matter most to them.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the beach, exploring new places, hiking, dancing, and getting lost in a good book.

What continues to inspire me is watching people discover they are capable of more than they believed possible.
